Have you checked your spam or junk email filter to see if you have had a response there. It could well be that replies have gone astray.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I would contact support again, making sure your email address is correct and I will also follow this up with support. Normally there is a download link and serial in your email but sometimes they can be easy to miss.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you have the serial number but no download link you can register the software on your &lt;A href="http://www.reallusion.com/member/program/memberreg.asp"&gt;Premium Members&lt;/A&gt; page and then download from there.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you don't have a download link or serial number then only support can help to rectify this.
