Just to update you on the Timeline being locked out problem. If you install the 3.0.1 EX patch available via LiveUpdate your counter will be reset and you will get the remainder of the 30 day Pro trial. :)

Hi,

I just checked this and the CloneCloth G2 bonus items won't install with iClone 3 EX Plus I'm afraid. I was under the impression they would work but sadly no. They require a purchased version of iClone 2 or 3 to be able to install them.

You are also correct about the Pro features not working immediately after installing EX Plus. I will check what is happening here and get back to you on this.

Hi,

If you have installed the iClone 3 EX Plus download then this would have added the bonus iClone 3 content available to EX users. You can then go to the link below to download other items such as G1 characters and G2 CloneCloth for Jack and Jane. The items that don't have a download link but instead say Login are not available to EX users. Those items require Standard or Pro version purchase.

I have same bonus install problem - thats why I reached this page looking for an answer !I have Iclone 3 EX Plus installed and assume that I am now a Premium member ( Not really sure about that as Iclone web gets me running in circles - keeps sending me to the "register as premium member page -The website seems very messy and complicated- but thats another story):rolleyes: 1)Anyway I'm assuming the bonus pack on the Store Content page [i]IS [/i]available to IC3EXPlus users ? - would like a positive yes/no to this.2) If I look at my member page and click Iclone(registered packages) it shows I have registered both EX and EX plus as expected but if I click "bonus Upgrade" it just shifts me down the page a bit - no useful help there !If I click the "download" button I get "program cannot display web page"Do you think reinstall will fix this ??Many thanks in advance for any help (Just about ready to give IC away and go back to Antics!!!!):crazy: though the new IC3 does look good doesnt it . PS Id love it if the blue forum text was something I could read - it's terrible

Your custom content folder isn't removed when you uninstall so you should still have access to it. If you accepted the default location when you originally installed, it will be in either of these locations. If you chose a custom location it should still be there also.

Hi thanks for reply ..Yes it is the latest version Im using 2.5.Im hesitant to reinstall as last time I lost all my added content.Is there a way to avoid this?ThanksNitetroll[b]FOOTNOTE:.. Its ok I just moved my Template Folder to another location..and Uninstalled and Reinstalled as you said..All went good but seems I lost my Personal Project Files:crazy:[/b]

Which version of iClone do you have installed? Some of the latest packs won't work with older versions of iClone but If you are running iClone 2.5 then you shouldn't have any problems.

It could be that registry entries are missing giving false information to the installer. You may need to reinstall iClone to fix this. Remember to uninstall first before you try to reinstall.

I downloaded a couple of bonus and upgrade packs .. My I Clone is registered and and shows under my account etc as such..But .. trying to install them... I get the following error.....:w00t:[b]Setup program did not ind iClone on your computer..the installation of this content pack will be terminated.Please purchase and install iClone before you install this content pack..[/b] I have the most recent version installed , and as I ssaid its reg etc.Any thoughts abut this?ThanksNitetrollwww.nitetroll.com
