Hi, The music that I am using is the stuff that comes with the program and I have iClone working fine on my personal laptop (I can add anything and save without problems. I think it may be a problem may relate to the network? Any advice I can pass on to my IT guys? Many thanks :D

Hi Miriam,

Music should obviously be saved in a project. Are you using one of your own music files or one of the music files supplied with iClone2. Any WAV files you import as music need to be in the right format (PCM) to work and save correctly. Try using one of the supplied music files and see if this saves in your project successfully.

Adding motion files to your character is very easy. Just double click the motion file you want and it will automatically be added to your character. You can also click the Apply button to add motion files to your character if you wish.

I would suggest spending a little time with the Help guide (Press F1 in iClone) and go through some of the procedures to get the hang of things. Start simple at first. Also if you haven't already, upgrade to version 2.5. This is the latest version of iClone2 and provides a number of new features and fixes. You can upgrade from your Premium Members page once registered.

Music won't play after save

Just installed iclone 2 on my networked laptop at work. Music plays fine, when exporting a project it also plays fine BUT if I save the project and then reload it - music is gone! Yes I am a real noob (installed ten minutes ago) and my IT department is not familiar with the software so I am on my own! When I save the facial animations they work, objects added remain also. BUT I cannot apply any motion at all either. Can someone out there in the community give me some advice please? Many thanks.:D
