Hello Neut,

As Wolfzone has stated the entire CoolClones server was recently transferred. The admin@coolclones.com is NOT a reliable email address to contact CoolClones. I have sent an email to you regarding your problem so we can further troubleshoot the matter. Please let me know if you received it.

Anyone experiencing access difficulties should please contact the C3 CoolClones staff by filling out the contact form HERE for prompt assistance.

I apologize for the inconvenience and troubles you have endured.

This has been rectified. The host servers were transferring site. If you are still experiencing any issues, please inform us, but it should be fine now.

I can't login to coolclones, I'm getting a message saying my user name or password isn't recognised.is anyone else experiencing this?Oh its Neut here by the way :D

Finally figured out how to change my user name in this forum, lol.I thought the problem was sorted, but last night I couldn't get into the site after 10pm. I'll leave a message there on the technical help board. It's not a huge problem as I seem to have no trouble during the day.

Hello Shy, yes, I'm using the same name for each login. I did manage to log in after 9pm last night, so maybe the problem has righted itself. I'll try again tonight.Thanks for your help :D

I'm guessing but are you using two seperate IP addresses to login?.....i.e. one from Work and one from Home? If this is the case, that is most likely your problem and I suggest you write to Admin at Cool Clones about it.

I have the same problem, but only in the evenings, lol :hehe: I can visit as many times as I like during the day, but after 8pm ish UK time, it says I don't have permission.
