I have tested the link and it appears to be ok now.

Hi,

It sounds like a compatibility issue with the latest version of Skype. Support should be able to give you more information on this. Often the time for reply may be less than 3 days so hopefully you will hear sooner.

I bought Crazytalk for Skype today and it will not load. When I click on the downloaded file it starts and then I get a box saying that I have to have the latest Skype installed. I do! 4.0.0.224! That is the one I had and this box came up and I went ahead and reloaded the thing.

I click on the file now and get the same thing, I have to upgrade to Skype higher than 3. Well I figure 4 is higher than 3 so I should be good. I am not.

I sent a message to tech support and get a reply that it could take three days to get an answer so I thought I would try the forums.

How do I get around this? Thanks, Royal
