The problem is that with such extreme face positioning (single eye below nose) it is kind of inevitable that you will encounter some problems. I did use the two eyebrow points for the approximate areas where the eyebrows would be for a face with two eyes, and I think that might be the reason. The center is excluded. I noticed that when I animate the characters eyes that there is alot of distortion in the eyelashes.  It distorts really bad when blinking of course...
