And of course, being doubly clever (Not), I didn't have a back up of the download of CT5 (although I do have the patch still. Amazing!).  I have emailed support, but I'm rather desperate to finish a movie for showing at the club next week - so expedition of being able to download again would be appreciated.I have a purchase number from Element 5 and a serial number for CT5 of course.Apologies for being a bit dumb.
