Dear customers,

Please try to do one or more of the following solutions to solve YouTube uploading problem:
1. Do not enter any tags in the Tags field.
2. Uncheck Public checkbox.

After uploading, please go to your YouTube account. You can find the video has been uploaded, and afterwards you can edit the video information.

Hi,

This appears to be a problem that affects some users but not others and is being investigated. First thing to do is check you have you updated your version of Crazytalk 6 to v6.1. Once you have done this, try uploading again and see if the problem still exists.

If you do still have problems after updating CT6 I'll pass this back to the Crazytalk team so they can look at the problem and see if a resolution can be found.

For one to one support, you can also report this to Technical Support using the link below. They should be able to help diagnose the problem for you qucikly.

While I made a light hearted comment to the Crazytalk 7 reference, this is a serious issue and is being treated as such. If I have any further news about this issue I'll post it here.

This problem exist in CraasyTalk6 . Can you answer the question as to why the uploads never show up in youtube ? This was a feature I liked and trusted when I purchased the product and it does not work.

Regaedless of the version error in the post, the You Tube upload problem is there. I am having the same problem.

Have you just come back from the future? Crazytalk 7 isn't even in development yet. Do you mean CT6?

i just got CT 7 it's amazing - only problem i have is that when i upload direct to my youtube acc it doesn't appear, even though it says upload successful?
