This only requires an Image Editor and a basic understanding of texture mapping and you can get started. There are guidelines in the developer center that explains this process. Take a look at the links below. These should help you.

http://www.reallusion.com/developer/Submit_G2.aspx

http://developer.reallusion.com/submit_intro.aspx#guide

RE: baffled!

I haven't bought anything from reallusion or any other store that keeps the plug-ins under lock & key. ;)http://www.noodiebooties.com/69/index.php

RE: baffled!
Do I need to buy their software in order to be a 'developer' for iclone???
The answer to this question is no.You can only obtain the vns exporter for 3ds Max if you submit to the Reallusion store as a Developer. You can create G2 textures using the Clone Cloth from Reallusion.......and you might want to have a look at 3dxchange too. It converts 3ds and obj to vns formatHope this helps.Shy

baffled!

I really like how iclone works and so I bought it.Like many users, I desired to do more in developing changes in characters, scenes and props. So I found the 'Developers Center' and as a 'premium member' I qualify to use it and do it, but I am totally lost.I must be blind or stupid.
