Hi,

I'm afraid there isn't a patch that will update your free iClone 2.5 to the latest version of iClone4. The normal procedure is first to register your copy of iClone HERE.

Once you have registered, you will find the discount price to upgrade to iClone4 is shown in the Bonus & Upgrade section of your account.

If you find that you can't register your copy of iClone 2.5SE because it is a non-standard version, then you should contact Customer Support who will be able to offer you a price to update to iClone4. Please use the support form below should you wish to request assistance.

I'm also using version 2.5 SE (which came bundled with the English version of Magix). Where can I get a patch for the English version, please?

You should soon receive an email with your serial and download link for iClone4. Remember to keep a check on your spam or junk folders in case the email gets filtered into one of these.

If you haven't received your email within a couple of days, please contact support who will help you with this. You can use the support form below to contact them.

Digital River (Element 5) is indeed the seller for Reallusion products. What exactly is the problem you are having. Are you having problems with getting your credit cards accepted?

Hi Teviniii,

The release of iClone4 was late in the day for the team in Taipei. It may be that the email notifications of upgrades has been delayed and may be sent tomorrow.

I'll check the status with the team and get back to you. Apologies for the delay.

To the best of my knowledge it is Flowing Hair Elements Volume 1 that is the free bonus pack. I believe the mention of the Skirt pack is a typo. I'll clarify this though to be sure.

EDIT: The free bonus is the Flowing Hair Elements pack. The error has now been corrected.

The latest German version of iClone3 is 3.03. When the 3.2 version is ready it will be available from the link below. Sadly I can't give an exact time for release but it shouldn't be too long a wait now.

I´m a new user of iClone and did buy an iClone3 Pro boxed version.
Unfortunately this Version is V3.03 and German.
If I checked for the update to V3.1 or V3.2 on your website there are only avialable updates for Englisdh versions.

Hi,

Did you register your iClone 2.5 and have you received your serial number for iClone 3? If so you can login to your Premium Members page and do the upgrade from there.

On the Premium Members page you can click for a step by step guide to upgrading your software which should help you locate upgrades and bonus content.

If you do not have the upgrade option available or have no serial number then contact support who will help you get your free version of iClone 3.

Hi Pete..and thanks for the quick reply - I followed your link which took me to the right place but somehow I couldn`t find the link to the upgrade. I think it may be something to do with the fact that the product is linked to the Magix bundle and redirects to their website...Nevertheless!!! - I m now running 2.5! - I had a URL in my Download manager that I tried last week that wasn`t working. I restarted the Download and lo and behold..the bits & bytes cames whizzing over the net.

So all is now well and I can Click on my characters to select and zoom out fast with shift+scroll!! - I`m now of to buy 3D Xchange..

Hi,

Sorry to hear about your problems with the update to iClone. iClone 2.5 is available in a German version so you should be able to download the v2.5 patch from your Premium Members page. You will have needed to register the program first with your serial to do this. The German Members Login page is found from the link below:

Once you have logged in just follow the guide I gave above to get to the iClone section of your registered programs and the link to download the patch should be there. You can also choose to download the full v2.5 version here too should you wish to.

If you can't see a link for the v2.5 patch there or it is not working then you should contact support (again) to find out where you can update to the latest version.

The German Support Form is found from the link below if you need it.

Hi Peter,

I have a specific problem relating to the German version of Iclone. I live in Germany and purchased iclone standard with a bundled software pack from Magix. having played around with the demo version I had set my mind on immediately upgrading to the Studio version. This I did in due course and was directed automatically to the German upgrade site where I downloaded the latest version.

I was expecting version 2.5 - what I got was version 2.1

I`ve mailed support and as yet have no reply. What I need to know is:

is there a 2.5 (German version) update available?

where can I find the link (the one on the normal support page returns a dead link! - page not found.)

or am I stuck with the German V2.1 and will I have to fork out more of my hard earned cash to upgrade.

Hi,

The recent change to the Premium Members page has seemingly caused some confusion. To access the upgrade options and bonus content you need to do the following:

Once you login to your Premium Members page you will see a screen like this.

On the left side of the screen will be the options as seen below. Select Registered Programs.

Then Select iClone (or Crazytalk etc).

You will then see the Registered Products list like the picture below.

From here click on Bonus & Upgrade (Details is no longer shown above) to display the Product Information which includes, extra download links, upgrade offers etc.

Remember the screens you see may not be exactly the same as above because they vary from member to member but access to your Registered Programs is still found the same way.

I hope this makes things a little clearer. :)
