Hello,
I have today bought quite a lot of items from the iClone content shop. I look forward to using them in my next epic 
However the speed that I'm downloading is ridicules, for example the 3D Live Scene files are 100meg+ and the speed is 20kbps. This is like waiting 2 hours for one file.
Now consider that I have bought 7 quite large items, I'm wondering if I'll get all the files today. I do hope there are no problems with me probably having to download over a number of days.
If I had known about this bandwidth problem I may have waited, alas I'm a little stuck.
Also the iClone Pack: Fantasy World Dungeon Quest - Collection, even timed out on me. How frustrating is that?
Please get a better bandwidth so people can download at 100+ kbps as apposed to the slow speeds I have been experiencing.

20 kbps ... you lucky one! That's more than double the bandwidth I had at first.

Hi Cape,
When download speeds drop to that level it's normally only a temporary problem. I usually get around 200kbps when downloading items from the store so hopefully you will get a faster speed for the other items you purchased.
