Thanks for a interesting and useful software. My usage is to create animated heads for characters, and then animating them together with the rest of the body in After effects or other animation tools.

This works somehow, but could be improved:

IMPORT: Alphachannel integration could be better. After testing with different footage, it looks like Straight alpha channels are only supported, and premultiplied not very good integrated(premultiplied sources gives a bad result with lots of color "stroke").

When importing PNG or TGA with alpha, the program doesn't say anything about it(e.g. Use alpha channel, ignore alpha channel, straight or premultiplied?). This would be useful(compare to after effects interpret footage dialogue box). (OK, I know the "Background Mask Editing, says something about it, and shows the alpha channel "mask")

DURING WORK IN CT: When the picture is imported the program shows the "RGB Straight" and NOT the RGB, which would be preferred and logical. Its not interesting watching the RGB Straight with the background showing that was supposed to be hidden by the alpha channel.

EXPORT: When exporting with alpha channel, nothing shows which format that supports alphachannel. Choices could be: (Alpha channel: None/Straight/premultiplied).

RLE COMPRESSION: AND, in TGA format, the RLE compression would be a nice saver of space on production harddrives.

The Output-part of CrazyTalk has been improved a lot, and look more intuitive and works a lot better.
