Hi again Dekknavn, I can understand your frustration but I find it disappointing that you feel the need to reply the way you do when someone is attempting to help you. This may account for the lack of replies to this thread. Politeness goes a long way. Your reply simply restated that shadow blurring is not working but again failed to answer which of the 3 shadow blurring levels is not working. Is it Drop Shadow, Wall Shadow, Self Cast Shadow or all of them? As you are not able to use the support form and you do not seem to appreciate the help I have been trying to offer, it may be best to send a Private Message to Visconti who is the Reallusion Moderator here on the forum (I 'am not a Reallusion employee) and explain it to him so he can pass it on to support. I do hope you get the problem sorted out soon.
