Can't access purchased content for download

The contents of quite a few packs that I have purchased can only be viewed in my Order History by clicking on "View Detail" or the + sign on the left side.

Several of these packs however can not be expanded at all, using the above methods - nothing happens when I click and I can't download the files.

I do not want the items automatically installed, I just want the EXE installers.

Yes there is someone out here reading the forum. Unfortunately, if no one else has your problem, no one replies. Just to let you know, you may not get an EXE installer. I bought the IC6 plant bundle and it uses the RUN universal installer only. I can not use it because for some reason that is only a me problem, I can't run anything that uses the universal installer. I can't download anything from the marketplace either. If it pops up with a filename of marketplacedlist.rld it tells me I'm no connected to the internet. So be aware that on some files you may not get an EXE. Have a Merry Christmas.

I think yesterday there were problems with the website. I couldn't see the forum, the market place and download content from the store.
Yesterday evening i could visit the forum.

Today everything here works ok again.

However my problem is that none of the packs that I purchase before April 2012 will expand to show the items in them. I can download single items, or run the installer, but I can't get inside the packs. w00t

I can view and download everything in a pack that I purchased after April 2012, but not before.

Hi,

sorry but I don't understand. I apologise if this has been covered already. I just bought Iclone6 Pro and the Total Plants add-on bundle.

The problem is that all I have been given for the total plants add on bundle are a bunch of rld files. I am on windows (windows 8).

What am I supposed to do with the rld file? Double-clicking it as others have said is not viable. It is not a file format that windows recognises.

Didn't realise I needed the RL - live update program to be running in order for the file to be recognised.
