I have found a FAQ to my problem but Reallusion wants me to disable my internet security and download a third party manager. Having worked in the computer field for 25 years I feel this is a unacceptable solution. I am not going remove my security permanently or temporarily. If I have to do this every time I need to download something that is also dumb. so I guess if Reallusion is switching to the download manager, I won't be able to buy an more content. Maybe that is a good thing.
