Crazytalk 7 is crashing if I click the "Create New Actor" icon.

I have the Mac version from the Mac App Store.

Recently I received extended facial face expressions and some Christmas bonus actors.

Crashing began before installing last content from your page but not from an upgrade at the Mac App Store.

I'm at the middle of a project and I need to create actors for my project.

Do you have a TV Tuner installed in your Mac? There is a known issue where certain tv tuner drivers can cause a crash when pressing "Create New Actor". If you do have a tuner, please try disabling it or updating the driver and then check if the issue is resolved.

My Elgato EyeTV app was erased, and all the related archives...

CrazyTalk 7 crashed AGAIN.
