| | iClone doesn't show on my screen anymore. It appears to load, logo visible but then all I get is the 'update' message - with the desktop screen. It all happened in a single session. I shutdown iClone (2.5) and then a few minutes later tried to use it again the result is the pic below:
My iClone 1.5 works fine, but unfortunately I cannot complete the last 15 seconds of a project with 1.5 because there is a compatability prob. I have contacted customer support but would prefer an answer before 48 hours. Does anyone have a clue on this?

| | Hi Bran, I'm talking for myself here rather than Reallusion but it wasn't a lack of interest, rather it was simply a case of not having an answer at the time that prevented a reply from me. As you are not new to iClone I assumed you were aware of the procedure for tech support which is obviously the way to go in such cases, especially if nothing appears here on the forum. Now that you have solved it, could you share how you did it for anyone else who may have the same problem in the future.

| | I'm afraid I don't have an answer for that. Everything was screwing up on that day. I presume some settings or other changed + the mouse took ill and was suffering from severe switch bounce i.e. 1 click produced multiple clicks and other things were playing up too. Suddenly it was all working again. One of the other problems was that I could not save a particular iClone project, iClone crashed to the desktop everytime. After lots of crashes I worked out that it was a new wav/sound track that was doing it - goodness knows why.
