Never had this problem before, but now move, rotate and scale are not working...the option just stalls when choosing an option but apart from above the rest of the program works, however program is very sluggish... Maybe because of update beginning of October?
Never had any problems before, it always worked ... I use Crazy Talk in my job. So crucial it works properly.
Thanks

If the transform controls were working previously, then often the quickest solution to unusual problems like this is to uninstall CrazyTalk and then perform a clean install of the latest full version. You won't lose any of your content when doing this, but do keep a backup of your custom content in case of hardware issues. You can download the latest version at any time from your Member Account.

Do also check your graphics drivers are up to date. Outdated graphics drivers are often the cause of many different types of issues.

It would also be worth checking with a few different projects to see if the problem is affecting everything or just a certain project. If you then continue to have problems, please contact Technical Support using the link below. They will be able to advise you further.
