I am trying to add clothing that I have purchases on here but I keep getting the same message on both of my purchases.

How can this be resolved?

Were they developed for iClone 5.5, and you're running 5.4?

If that's the case, you'll have to update your installation to the latest version of iClone.

Sorry, I've been busy with company since Thursday. Okay, the links shown are links to "Content Store" packs, not Marketplace. As the Content Store packs are installed differently and controlled by Reallusion, I'm not sure I can be of much help. Have you sent in a support ticket to Reallusion?

My understanding is that when the content store handles the packs, they create an .exe file that installs everything into the appropriate directory. I am wondering if since the .exe was created, if something in the updates of iClone has a conflict?

1) Regardless of it saying iClone 5.14 and above (probably the most up to date version when the pack was created) - have you done all the automatic updates? If not, this could be the issue.

2) Have to sent a support ticket to Reallusion directly as it has something to do with their install file I would think.

Let me know. I would think the same thing would apply to the Duchess pack. If you can't get help through that network, sent me another PM and let me know if you shop in the Marketplace. I could gift you the pack through there if RL don't help you.

I'm such a noob, I didn't think about Markeplace vs. Content Store, but I know you have a stellar reputation and would do your best to take good care of a customer.

@Ron... I hope it all works out for you.  Please let us know the solution in case it happens to someone else too.

Off memory, some early 5.4 version of iClone had some incompatibilities with older packs. I am pretty sure  that running automated updates will fix the issue.

You need to bring it up to 5.41 at the minimal. Smile

I checked your account and don't see a copy of iClone5 registered. If you are using the trial version of iClone5 then that will be the problem. Content packs can't be installed into the trial version. You will need a full registered copy of iClone5 to be able to use these packs.
