Hello,
I am really really stressed.
I just purchased Iclone pro 5 (witch is pretty expensive, but still seems like a good investment for me) following the steps precisely as your website says in order to have a software where i can do mocap for cheap price.

No mocap plugin here.
In C:\Program Files (x86)\Reallusion\Mocap Device Plug-in\Content

NOTHING

It says really clearly on the website, that the soft comes with Iclone pro.
Here (under iclone 5) :

http://www.reallusion.com/store/purchase_ic.aspx

Real-time animation & video compositing
In-screen motion editing & puppeteering
Advanced timeline editing with transition curve
Animate in real-time with motion capture device

I am looking since some hours where it could be and its nowhere.
I saw an answer witch says that i have to go on my member page, and the on my bonus of the product, well i went there, and no mocap.
I dont get it, really, is it a scam ?
:?
I tried to dl the plugin on your website (I download the one for kinect XBOX : Microsoft Kinect SDK Beta2
(Newer, For Kinect For Xbox devices & Windows 7 or 8)
http://file.reallusion.com/ic/Mocap_Plug_in110_MS.exe ),

it ask me for a serial, i put my serial who came in the mail

did not worked.

I dont now what to do now..

If anyone could help, I would really appreciate.

Thank you

(the trial was working great with mocap and iclone, and i like iclone normally)

Welcome to the Forum leo.hoffsaes.

The product page that you posted a link to contains quite a few offers. Which one did you purchase?

If you scroll down a little you will see the offers for Best Bundle Deals - the very first one listed includes the Mocap plugin, and a few other packs, for just $299.

The Mocap plugin pack has always been priced at $199 as a separate add-on.

I bought Iclone pro 5 yes.
Its written here that it include motion cap :

iClone5 :

Real-time animation & video compositing
In-screen motion editing & puppeteering
Advanced timeline editing with transition curve
Animate in real-time with motion capture device

here:
http://www.reallusion.com/store/purchase_ic.aspx

And also, when you click on "buy now", on the mocap device, it bring you there :

http://www.reallusion.com/store/purchase_ic.aspx

And so you think you have to buy iclone pro and its include because its written :

iClone5 :

Real-time animation & video compositing
In-screen motion editing & puppeteering
Advanced timeline editing with transition curve
Animate in real-time with motion capture device

...........

It is so unclear really...

So, it means that i've been **** ?
And how to purchase ONLY mocap device now ?
ANd would it buy just mocap and get pay back for the 200 other dollars ?

Im litteraly not rich and I have been scammed here.
Why would you say :

iClone5 :

Real-time animation & video compositing
In-screen motion editing & puppeteering
Advanced timeline editing with transition curve
Animate in real-time with motion capture device

And not provide the motion capture device with it ?
For me its a lie, and it seems Ive been trapped

Hello,

Unfortunately the Mocap Device Plugin is not included with iClone5. This has always required a separate purchase. However at the present time the Mocap Plugin is no longer on general sale standalone and is only being sold as part of a bundle with iClone5 Pro and 3DXchange5 Pro.

If you are interested in purchasing the Mocap Device Plugin, then I would advise contacting our Customer Support team who may be able to help you out with this.
