Hello,
My name is julien and I've just installed Iclone5trial. Unforetunately, I can't connect with my reallusion account as the software keeps telling me "you are disconnected from the internet right now. Please check your internet connection and try again later".
I've disabled my firewall and antivirus and unforetunately, nothing seem to work.
Did someone have experienced the same problem? did you find an solution?
thank you very much for the help.
Julien

Hi Julien, Sorry to hear you are having problems with the iClone5 Trial. Please check if you are using a Proxy Server. Go to "Start" > "Control Panel" > "Internet Options" > "Connections" tab and click on the LAN Settings. If you are using a proxy, please temporarily bypass and iClone5 should install fine. Also try checking your Router Firewall settings. It may be this is blocking access. If you can disable temporarily for the duration of the install you may find this solves the problem.

SergeyHi Sergey, The vast majority of problems like these are caused by your security software/firewall or router firewall blocking access to our servers. If you are able to turn these off just for the duration of the install then you should be able to activate without further problems. Please do make sure to turn everything back on again immediately afterwards.

I had the same problem and discovered that I had two firewalls. I turned off the Windows firewall and still had a problem. I then checked Norton and discovered I also had the Norton Smart firewall turned on. When I turned it off and had the Windows firewall off I was able to activate iClone.
