I started with CT 4.6, but never really got to use it as much as I would have liked, and some of the cool things I used to be able to do with it is no longer doable ( CT plugins not supported in modern browsers/OSs). I know I'm not supposed to discuss technical questions, so I just wanted to say hi as I am jumping back in to the Reallusion community. There is no doubt I'll need some input from the vast genius pool here on the forum for some of the things I'd like to try with the Reallusion software.

Welcome to the Forum, Smile

Just in case you want to branch-out into iClone, here are some Tutorials which are worth looking at, to see what you can do with iClone, before you buy.

You'll find a lot of Video Tutorials by Reallusion & Forum Members.

However the question of "But where do I start?" still remains.

IMO, the best way to start (Others may differ), is to go through Stuckon3D's Free Video Tutorials, which cover iClone Basics. These are based on iClone 4, which don't include the many new Features in iC5.

Warlord's Purchase Tutorial Book also based on iC4 but with iC5 new Features added, goes into the basics in more depth, with his own Content provided for individual Project-based Tutorials.

Mark's advanced Free Tutorials cover specific "How do I do this" requests, in a User friendly manner.

TUTORIALS:

1) Stuckon3D

Today I see there is some hope. I see Avatar TTS on demand plugins available. While it is only for CT 7, which basically head shots, it is better than nothing. Of course I would prefer to puppet full animation, but this will be a start. It at least seems to return the old 4.5 capabilities. I'll research it a little to be sure.
