Characters and all motions were built with Mixamo … The only feature that Filmaker had that Iclone doesn't have is a huge improve timeline with keyframe curve editor. I tried month ago Sourcefilmaker but it is very difficult to import own assets and props…. I hope Iclone 6 will have this feature

Regardless this trailer , textures are basic , lighting is very basic ( 2 keylights and 2 front light), all props are basic too , the huge difference with iclone is animation (characters , camera ,motion blur).
Because I don't share my iclone work for know, What I can do today is visually amazing...
As you said for texture , you can't bypass diffuse , specularity, Ambient occlusion for good result.

But I know that sourcefilmaker could do looot more
