Hey I just bought two motion packs. And after I bought them and click the link to download the two nothing happens after I press yes to installScript setup launcher.

Most content packs from the Content Store are supplied as self installing .exe files.

Have you been able to download the content packs locally to your computer (chose Save not Open)?

Once you have two files downloaded you should just need to double click each one and follow the prompts to install. If you are double clicking the .exe files and receiving an error message, please let us know what the error message says.

Ok for one of the packs it says do you want to allow the following program to make changes to this computer. The program name is InstallScript setup launcher. I click yes and nothing happens. The second one says the same the next thing but the publisher is unknown instead of reallusion. And the program name is the name of the motion pack

Please can you contact Support using the link below and let them know the packs that are causing you problems. They will be able to check these for you. Do try to include screenshots of any error messages if possible.
