How to get Reallusion to respond to a problem?

I bought Crazytalk 7 online and somehow got the PC version instead of the Mac version. I immediately wrote to them and got this tracking number: [3fe6cf2f-9fb1-4a68-8432-cc0a471805a8]. That was on the 21st and they claimed they would get back to me in 3...
