Hi - I am trying to get the hands to go from a point to a thumbs up - both of which are in the standard templates, but the point is too many frames. Is there any way I could shorten this, to get the thumbs up where I want it?

Ah - solved it.

Right clicking on the timeline opens individual motions in small chunks!
