How do i create a scene from photographs of exterior location, say a street scene. Any tutorials on the same?

You can improve things a bit more by mapping the photo onto a plane within iCone and then using props and other textures to enhance the scene to give it a more realistic feel.

A much harder, but probably the best option would be to use the photos as a guide and make a full 3D scene using either a 3rd party modeller and 3DXchange or use the 3D block system within iClone to create the models. This will work really well if the photo is of streets or buildings where blocks can be used to simulate the walls etc. You may be able to map parts of the original photo onto the blocks as textures to make it even more realistic.
