I'm not so good in virtual head creation, Is someone very good with it? I can send you my snaps. I need it really good quality as I need it to show it for possible business oppurtunity? And i will need it by tomorrow. Morever is it ok if I've a french beard and if I'm wearing glares? Morever is someone also good with custom hairstyle. Like I want to use the hairstyle which I have and not the one that is provided by Iclone?

There are many really helpful people who visit the forum but it really is very short notice to get the work done by.

Using a good quality photograph you may be able to get good results yourself, even if you don't have much experience. The process is easier than you may think. Take a look at the online help (Press F1) in iClone and also the video tutorials that are available either here or on YouTube.
