Hi

Having waited many months for iClone 3's teething troubles to be ironed out before downloading the trial, I am now trying to "Activate" the demo.

I have been requested to enter my e.mail address and password. However, there does not appear to be enough space for me to enter my 31-character-long contact details in their entirety.

I visited my Member Page to see if I could alter my e.mail address but that field is greyed-out and not editable.

What are people supposed to do when they change their e.mail addresses ?

Please advise on these two issues.

It's weird, I was able to change my email fairly recently, but now it is indeed locked.  I hope you get some help...

Hi,

Because content packs and BackStage are now tied to the email address of the account that made the purchase, changing your details will need to be done by support so that your purchased packs can be updated to show the new email address also.

I agree the problem with the limited number of email address characters when trying to activate the EX version needs looking at. Although a pain, you can overcome this by creating a new account just for the EX version (if you have an alternative shorter email address). You can still use your normal account should you purchase the full version of iClone3 at a later date.

Alternatively contact support and let them know your problem. They may be able to activate your copy of EX manually for you. The support form can be found below.
