Hello,

since past one week Iv been trying to download the links given by iclone. The 199 mb resource pack and the 200 MB iclone studio. Why is there no resuming facility availabe? I've a low internet connection facility. At such speeds how can one expect to download such large files which have no resuming facility. Sometimes my files gets downloaded almost to 100mb and then I loose internet connectivity and then have to start from scratch again.

Hi,

Have you tried installing a download manager yourself and attempting the download. There are quite a few available but I have only ever tried two, those being Getright and Net Transport. Both of which worked well. Here is a list of download managers you might find useful.

Alternatively if you know your connection is slow you can choose boxed versions when making purchases. Most of the large downloads are available in boxed form (depending on location) and some good deals can currently be had this way.

I tried using true downloaded but it says that resume is not supported. so even though i managed to download around 100 mb but when download stops I've to start re-downloadong. so do you know any other such downloader which will help to support resume so that even if download stops, next time it will continue from where it had left off

HI,

I managed to download the files but now I'm getting the error that setup.exe has encountered an error and needs to close. I'm getting this error for all the files that I downloaded. What do I do now? Its very irritating because I managed to finish the full download and now I'm getting this error.

Hi,

After the problems you mentioned in downloading the files it is very likely that the files are corrupt if each one fails. I'm afraid there isn't much that can be done if the files are corrupted except to download them again.

Do you have access to a friend or family members computer that may have a faster connection from which you could download the files again? Then you could burn the files to a CD and install them on your computer.

You could try and contact Support and see if they can help you, perhaps switching to a physical copy rather than a downloaded version may be the only way to go.
