Has anybody successfully done this? I'm asking because I bought Pixtim's Retro SciFi girl and can't get it into iClone 6.54. CC2.1 simply won't export it to CC1.54 format. I spent a week with Support to figure out why and they didn't know. I wanted them to credit the points I spent on this product but they said I had to contact Pixtim for that and I'm still waiting for a reply from him. So far, I'm out 2400 points and have no product. Just saying.

For information for the forum.
On the "Retro SciFi" package, there is a problem to use it completely on version 6.5.
I have done various export tests from CC 2 to iAvatar 6.5. All elements work except the helmet.
The problem is that the soft base of the helmet is attached to the bone of the neck. If I remove this influence, it works. But the effect is not the same. So I can not make a regressive update.

What I do not know is if it is CC 2 that hurts the export, or if it is Iclone 6.5 and CC 1.5 that do not accept this ....

"Ok, after checking, the problem comes from helmet. The soft part of the helmet is attached to the bone of the neck and curiously it is not compatible with Iclone 6.5. I do not want to hurt other buyers by making a regressive change."

Sorry, I just figured out where my private messages are. Anyway, I bought the WHOLE product. Please talk with RL about refunding the points.

You could have said a little thanks for the speed with which I responded and for the time I spent analyzing your problem.

I also offered to send you another package for free to compensate for this non-functional element of the package on an earlier version ...

So I look how to make this refund

Thank you for trying to solve the problem. You're a great designer and developer. I really wanted this product. BUT, I'm tired of buying products that are defective in one way or another. Over the years I've bought garbage from developers and never complained because they were only a few hundred points and wasn't worth the effort. No more! RL has jacked up the prices of old and new products to almost double but the quality of some of them is still horrible. I know this has nothing to do with you but I need to draw a line in the sand. Please accept my apologies if I came off as hostile. Hope you understand.

Smile I understand completely, just a few lines to explain and everything is ok!
The refund does not pose any problem .. except that I do not know how to do so yet (I sent a message to ask)

If you really want to use this package, I think I can do something for you. Yesterday while I did my tests, I created a version that works in export with CC2 to iAvatar 6.5 (I have not tested with Iclone 6.5, but it should work).
In animation, it is necessary simply to limit the movements of head since the base is not attached to the neck.
So if you want I can send you this version.

Thank you for the kind offer but limited head movement will be a problem. Please do what you can to ensure the points are refunded.

Ok no problem, I take care of it as soon as I have an answer. There may be some delay.
Anyway I think this package is interesting with PBR materials Wink

Unfortunately the Marketplace operates a no refund policy. This is always stated before you checkout (see below). I would advise letting Pixtim help resolve the issue for you.
