you using the old reflection system from iclone 6 ... Sad

Currently iclone 7 does not support screen space reflections so what you are trying to do is impossible,
the maximum you can do is enviroment reflections using IBL images and trying to bake your scenario for a mapping enviroment 
trying to get as close as possible, but definitely this Does not work for flat surfaces. 
It's one of the things I asked for more: "Do not launch iclone 7 without a screen based reflections system."

you can fake a flat surface with iclone water system but its too limited

Good accurate reflections are a challenge in all game engines wven with screen space and planer reflections. They are always a cheat to maintain performance over accuracy. You can certainly cheat it to a point where people wont notice it is a cheat but you are trading the lack of speed of a raytracer for iClone's wonderful speed.
