When I apply iClone motions to my G2 character in CTA 3, the character disappears. I have converted the external motions to iClone using 3dXChange v6.54 and then followed the document "How to import iClone 3D Motions into CrazyTalk Animator 3" so the motion file is in .rlMotion format. All software has latest updates. Any ideas on what I can do to fix this?

I have tried export .rlmotion to CTA from iClone7, it does work. I am not using 3DXchange to export rlMotion. The iClone6 is the same but iClone6 export motion default is iMotion. The CTA3 does not support iMotion.
Below are my steps.

Thank you for responding. I use 3DXchange to import external 3d motions. The imported motions work fine in iClone. Then I use the process you described - collect clip - and it still does not work. Also, I tried using motions that are native to the iClone 6 software and I have the same problem. When the motion is applied, my G2 character disappears.

It was happening with the pre-made characters! It seems to be working fine now... I shut down my machine and started again and now working fine. Thank you for responding.
