Hi! I am creating an elephant in PSD, to import it to CTA3. I have a problem with elehpant trunk. Since there is only one Nose Bone, I am looking for a way to multiply it so that CTA3 would undestand my attempt and I'll be able to freely move the trunk so it acts like a spine character. How can I do that?

Hi CeZikk, You could use Bone Editor to add extend bone in Composer Mode or add bone image layer in the Photoshop.

The problem is, the trunk need to be on top of everything. Since I need to put bone structure on it, it cannot be a part of the RL_Image (in Photoshop) because the RL_TalkinHead is on top of it. I also cannot put it in RL_TalkingHead group since there is no option to put mutliple bones inside that. So any other option?

This is my suggestion that you could merge the head and nose image in photoshop and then you could add extend bone with head bone. If it still no work, could you provide the image let me further look at and provide another suggestion, thank you.

I tried that. The problem is every trunk movement affects the whole head and warps it stragely which I don't want and it is still under all the face parts.

I was able to remove the warping by adding pins to my head bone. It's much better, although not perfect. Still hope that someone can come with better solution.

I was able to solve this problem. What I did is I removed the trunk in my elehpant PSD project. Then I exported the trunk as separate PSD project, and created a G3 spine character from this PSD. Then I linked my new trunk-spine character to the head of my elephant. Works great
