Hi, Does anybody else has the same issue: Whenever I send a 3d Head to CC then my v1.5 of CC is summoned instead of the latest installed version (2.1) even if CC2 is open and launched CT8 in the first place.

grabiller (5/16/2017) Hi, Does anybody else has the same issue:

@duchess110 Yep, that's what I do too. I actually save the heads in Shared Custom -> RLHead which is a folder apparently created by one of the installed software (perhaps CT8 itself). But I believe it does not really matter. On a side note, do you always get 2k textures embedded in your RLHead ? Or are those 1k ?

I went and used the same head that I did the above test with and I have a 1k image that opens in Photoshop.

FYI: FT 2270 - CT8 Calls CC1.5 Instead Of Latest CC Installed Version

I assume this requires an update of CT8 as CC 2.0 only recently became "official".

To follow up on this, my guess is that CT8 will be updated once IC 7.0 is released officially. In the meantime, as response to a similar question, I posted a workaround here: https://forum.reallusion.com/FindPost326320.aspx.

Seems like this has not been done? Any one know if they are going to fix this? animagic (5/19/2017)

I had the problem initially, but I upgraded CT8 pipeline to 8.12 in October and no longer have the problem.
