I've downloaded the trial version and love the potential.

But I get a screen that reads:
"The Resolution is not supported. Please change your resolution to at least 1024 x 768"

I've tried every screen resolution there is with no success including rebooting - I get the same warning every time.

Using Win7 on a PC.

Tried it on a second identical PC, same issue.

What am i missing?

Thanks for any suggestions.

This would be a question for the support team I think.

In your members area, click on the support button...

Then you'll see the big blue button...

This may take a day or two to get an answer but they will answer your question if someone on the forum can't help you before that.

Try redownloading & delete Temp folder files.

Many thanks for the replies. Support came back promptly, which I truly appreciate. I need to upgrade my graphics card. Looking forward to using the program & participating. Thanks again!
