I bought a export licence model but I cant find the fbxkey for exporting. And it says export license, but why does it still says "upgrade to export license"?

I cant find the fbxkey for exporting

fbx,key is only needed for importing in Character Creator (for morph and cloth creating) CC will automatically create this key after exporting a FBX from CC (3D xchange pipeline must be installed ) 

therefore fbx.key has nothing to do with the marketplace export licence

for this you will need to load it into iclone and export if via the 3dexchange pipeline version for use outside of iclone so install the package in iclone and then "send it to the 3dexchange" and it should export.
