You are aware that there are different DUF files for different DAZ Genesis generations?

That tutorial you followed is a good one, but there is some counter-intuitive stuff about using DAZzies. Make sure you get the export rules correct, or you'll end up double viseme morphs, which often look like that.

thanks guys. I used the Gen2 male DUF and it looked fine in Daz. I had to add a rule for this guy but I followed the video when I did it. I did notice one thing... After adding the DUF I got two question boxes instead of the one shown on the video. The first one was exactly as shown but the second asked about exceeding limits of some sort. As it wasn't shown on the video I wasn't sure of the correct answer. Is it possible this would have anything to do with it? pete

Turn your limits off it looks as if your jaw might be set to a limited movement. Have a look at this video it might help. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xe1rov-cFHM And export again. George.
