I just bought a  iClone5 Pro + iClone 3DXchange5 PRO

I want to know if i can use kinect xbox one ( last versione ) on windows...

Welcome to the Forum Anna.

iClone 5 is a rather old version and while there was a Plugin available for that version I don't believe that it is still being sold by Reallusion. Since it was released 6 years ago I also doubt that it would work with any new hardware, or new Windows version.

iClone 6, and 7 when it is released, now uses the Perception Neuron Mocap system - and it isn't cheap. There is a lot of information on the use of the Perception Neuron system within iClone here.

The "Kinect For Xbox One" can't be used with iClone 5 Pro. It will only work with iClone 6.

You can still purchase the Mocap Device Plugin for use with iClone 5 Pro but it can only be used with a "Kinect For Windows v1" or "Kinect For Xbox 360" (requires Windows 7). These older models lack some of the advanced features of the "Kinect For Xbox One" but can still be used if you can find one cheap.
