Lip Editor used to open immediately and the visemes would appear in the timeline as soon as clicked. Then, a few projects back it took about 5(or longer like 8 seconds) seconds for the Lip Editor to show up when clicked and about the same amount for every viseme to appear in the timeline once clicked. Fortunately I just use the lip Editor for fine tuning. I tried using one of the old projects where the Lip Editor worked normally but it worked slowly on that project as well. I was thinking maybe that as I went along my textures and avatars and audio files were stored in different areas and on different harddrives and the program has to search more thus slowing down the process. One of the first things I noticed about CT8 was that dividing/breaking an audio clip a few times slowed the program to an unusable level. The same now is when I have the Lip Editor open. I try to copy and paste visemes that are already in the timeline because it's immediate like Lip Editor used to be. Anyone else experiencing or experienced this?

This turned out to be related to Create Script> Audio File> and then choosing Talk Mode which brought the program to a crawl whenever using the Lip Editor. If you choose Lip Sync Only the lip editor works fine.
