Before you make a bug report... Assuming you're using CC character, iClone 6, 3dXchange 6
Try this: same Swoop's step 1 and step 2 Step 3 - Collect Clip (drag highlight the right Timeline track) - choose Add MotionPlus to 3DXchange
The existing Face animation (including Viseme clip, Face puppet clips) on the TimeLine should automatically playback on the CC character in 3dxchange You could then export
>>> Indie Generalist modeler-rigger-animator <<< Hardware: AlienWare i7-HK 32G GTX1080 2T-SSDs BenqSW320 Wacom-Intuous 3Dconnexion ||| Software: IC6 Pipeline - CTA3 Pipeline - ATK2 - Indigo ||| Zbrush4R8. Blender 2.79. DazStudio 4.9. Carrara. Poser. Octane.

In play back inside 3dxchange is working well. Like what you said.. But made sure if I did it right.. Import platforms and add to platforms for this character in animation panel.... Export to fbx using unreal engine setting. This step don't working last 2 month ago.. Unless there are a updated fix it. I haven't try that again after update latest version.

Facial animation in G5 characters is implemented differently than in CC characters. You could try exporting an animated G5 character to test. There may be an FBX export limitation. Just some ideas to try. EDIT: See my post below. It should work.

Sounds like you did most steps correctly. There are still other factors to narrow down: - update version (mine are both 6.41) - 3dx unreal export settings - unreal import settings I don't export to Unreal but here's the relevant 3DX6 unreal export manual page (apparently newly added). Good luck!

I don't work with Unreal myself, but I found a couple of tutorials on YouTube about exporting to Unreal. Part 5 concerns importing a CC character with facial animation into Unreal:
You can find the various tutorials by searching for "Character Creator to Unreal".

Interesting export fbx without animation first then exporting another with animation but tick off other thing. That what I don't done! Hope this answer.
