I have a Genesis 1 Actor with Body Morphs, Facial Morphs and clothes that  I created in DAZ Studio, every thing imports fine into 3DXchange 6, except the clothing has minor poke-through issues.  In DAZ3d I used the Auto-fit feature , collision detection, adjusted the clothes using the scale sliders, tested the Actor using preset animations, and various poses until I saw no poke throughs. When I import the exported fbx files into 3DXchange I see  minor poke-throughs.

Any ideas?  Any suggestions or help would be most appreciated....

collision detection, adjusted the clothes using the scale sliders

scale do not export propperly. You need it bake  with a ERC freeze controller . Also collision decetion will only work in DAZ studio,  that is not exportable.

A another option to hide faces under the dress mesh with the face group editor.

btw. Here is a video how you bake scale with  ERC freeze.

That worked like a champ, no more Pokes!

Thank you (Danke) you so much for your quick reply and help, also for the info about collusion detection.

I have not messed with 3d animation since the Original Lightwave 3d  on the Commodore Amiga.
