I have try to install the add on  plugin to get the avatar in the Crazytalk software. It shows the below error,
Please advice whether i have to install different software to extract the downloaded software.

Unfortunately, a lot of the CT content is not backwards compatible.  I've had every version of CT since version 4, and have bought a lot of content that isn't usable in CT7... It's just the way it is... I'd pursue a refund if I were you since you just bought it.

As wizaerd has mentioned this pack isn't compatible with CrazyTalk 7. It only supports versions up to CT6. I know this because I created this particular pack many moons ago for CrazyTalk 4.

When you are looking for content please make sure it specifically states for CrazyTalk 7 to know it will work with our latest version.

One other problem is you appear to be using the trial version of CrazyTalk 7. Unfortunately you can't install purchased content packs into any trial version. You must be using a full registered copy to be able to install content packs as the content is digitally linked to your serial number.
