Saw this web page, http://nofilmschool.com/2015/04/adobe-character-animator-animate-real-time, announcing a tool that uses motion capture and JavaScript to create something similar to CrazyTalk Animation.  It is in beta and they seem to be on an upward development cycle.

Is this a threat to CTA and iClone?  Just wondering what the crowd thinks. 

I have invested heavily in iClone and shan’t be switching.

imo -  nah -  their price point niches them to a pro audience,  and it's not like cta was the only 2D software when it came out.  Further,  Adobe the brand, is not a software that a hobbyist who wants to learn 2D animation would get.
