I am so confused. I am using a Windows based CrazyTalk7 Pro and having difficulty adding audio files. While all my audio files are MP3's, some work nicely while others give me the error box: Failed to load audio file. This is not a valid audio file. Have to admit I cannot understand how some work and some don't. Should I be trying to use a different file format to add the audio files? Any help is Greatly Appreciated!

Audio files should be in PCM format. If you have audio files in a different format they may get rejected. In this case just use an audio editor like the free Audacity to convert them to PCM. Hope this helps.
