Hi all
Just started using FaceFilter and was wondering why it only works on small files.
Every photo I open it says the picture has to be resized to something like 1200x700 pixels.
Why is this or is the software really only designed to work on photos destined for web use only as such a small size is no use for printing.
Or is there a hidden option to get it to work with larger files, like all the alternative software does, portrait professional etc.
Thanks
Paul

Hi Paul, Which version of FaceFilter 3 are you using? In the Pro version you can open and export images up to 6000 x 6000. In the Standard and Trial versions you can only open and export images up to 1920 x 1920.

Hi Paul, Are you using the Trial version of FaceFilter Pro 3? If so this does have the same size restrictions as the Standard version. Also if you previously had the Trial version and then you purchased the full version, do ensure that you have uninstalled the Trial and then try installing the full version again. EDIT: I have just checked your account and don't see a purchased version of FF3 so it looks like you are using the Trial version. If so that will be the problem.
