hi this is monty

I purchased "Motion_Arguments_Motion_Pack" and tried install it,

I have error message "-5001 : 0x80070002 error"

I bought several packs..

only Motion_Social_Gatherings/Motion_Arguments_Motion_Pack is problem

please help me...

I just tried installing this pack into iClone5 and it worked fine. Therefore the most likely cause of your problem is a faulty installer file. I would advise downloading the pack again and try a new install.
